End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and AzNoobz ("Licensor") and governs your installation and use of the Discord Bot Composer desktop application, distributed via Steam (the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes, for as long as you comply with this Agreement.

This license is granted to you, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

2. Distribution Through Steam

The Software is distributed via Valve Corporation's Steam platform. Your access to and installation of the Software is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam's own terms of service, which govern matters such as account access, purchase, refunds, and platform-level distribution. Nothing in this Agreement overrides or limits your rights under the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software outside of Steam's own sharing/gifting mechanisms
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on or in the Software
• Use the Software to develop a competing product or service
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party

4. Updates

Licensor may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. Some features may require you to install updates to continue functioning. Licensor does not guarantee that any particular version of the Software will remain supported indefinitely.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including any copies made, remain with Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of Licensor.

6. Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party open-source or licensed components, which remain subject to their own respective license terms. Where required, applicable third-party license notices are included with the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

To the extent liability is not otherwise excluded, Licensor's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Licensor may also terminate this license if you materially breach the Terms and Conditions governing the Application. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your devices. Termination of this license does not affect any rights you may separately have under the Steam Subscriber Agreement, such as continued access to a purchased copy where Steam's own policies provide for it.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, excluding conflict of law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Agreement works alongside, and does not replace, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy governing the Application and any related online services. Where this Agreement is silent, the Terms and Conditions apply.

12. Changes to This Agreement

Licensor may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Agreement with a new effective date. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This End User License Agreement is effective as of 2026-08-19.
